Since Test Rank provides “instantly consumable” digital mock tests, we follow a strict refund policy:

• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a test series has been purchased and accessed.

• Cancellations: You may choose to stop using the service at any time, but no pro-rata refunds will be provided for the remaining period of a subscription or package.

• Exceptions: A refund may be considered only if a double-payment occurs due to a technical glitch. In such cases, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
